Absolutely stunning spot! Bird House Café in South Windsor is such a hidden gem. The outdoor seating area is magical—especially the cozy fire pit, which adds such a warm and inviting vibe. Perfect for a relaxed catch-up or a quiet moment with your coffee. Speaking of which, the coffee was excellent—smooth, rich, and clearly made with care. I also tried the biscotti, and it was delicious and very reasonably priced. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere make this a place I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend!

Found this gem. We tried the seasonal coffee. My husband got the pumpkin coffee and I got the maple coffee half the normal sweetness and we enjoyed it. We also tried the coconut raisin bundt cake. Yum! Nice casual atmosphere. It’s a cold and gloomy day but the outdoor sitting looked inviting. I could just imagine how nice it would have been when the leaves were turning color. Will go back. There’s a brewery beside it (same building) rates well too but it was before lunch and it wasn’t open for service yet. It provided a lot of sitting for its guests.

Delicious food, open , bright, comfortable atmosphere. Sever Large couches and chairs offer a very " homey" setting. Cool military airplane theme on the brewery side. Love it!

Took a morning drive to this place since hearing so much about their coffee and it did not disappoint. I got an iced latte with cinnamon bun pumpkin situation and it was so good. We got bagels with cream cheese which came quickly. Nice space to work, or to just chat and hangout with friends!

I found this place from the coffee, crawling. So happy I did! I found a new coffee spot. I got the Samocha iced latte which came with caramel, mocha, coconut, with coconut cold foam, and coconut Flakes. The coffee was very good and tasted just like a Samoa We also got the soup flight, which came with tomato basil bisque, New England clam chowder, and a kale sausage soup. Everything was very good. And the soup was very filling.

Great experience at Birdhouse Coffee! My kids got cupcakes and absolutely loved them, and my wife and I ordered iced coffee. The coffee was smooth, refreshing, and had great flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well made. It’s also really cool that there’s a brewery connected next door with live music and food, which makes it a great spot to hang out with the family or meet friends. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to!
